Libby Parker, MS, RD owns the private practice, Not Your Average Nutritionist, LLC," Where she and her staff help people recover from eating disorders. Her background as a dietitian is in education, both creating curriculum and presenting in public health settings, as well as being adjunct faculty in the food science and nutrition department at Allan Hancock College. She also worked as a University campus nutrition counselor, and in corporate wellness. In 2019 Libby released her first book, "Permission To Eat: a practical guide to working yourself out of an eating disorder during college, while celebrating the awesomeness that is you!"
