• Decide on your goals, production style (show outline) and and plan a topic schedule, but be flexible as you might start off in one direction and then move to another that works better
• Decide on main host, then find a partner/co-host (who you like) or go solo - CongressionalDish.com or Perspectives with Ashley Berges are great examples of solo shows
• Get a quality microphone and editing software or Spreaker Studio software is free
• Choose your podcast hosting home, website - wordpress or just hosting show page

• Produce short promo episode, post it then get your RSS distribution, then launch full episode on a future launch date

• 3 Reasons Why You Start A Podcast If You’re A Marketer

• Podcasts are adaptable content
  Podcasts can be listened to anywhere and anytime. How people consume content is changing, people are watching less TV and switching to online platforms and most people don’t have time to read articles, meaning it’s getting harder and harder to reach potential customers. Like most audio content, podcasts are quick and easy to consume, but what further sets them apart is that they don’t require undivided attention.
• You Can Sway Your Consumers Decisions
  This idea is that podcasters can ‘build a bond of trust through analysis, insight, and storytelling

• You Can Create Timeless Content
  Podcasts aren’t a one-time creation; once you’ve recorded them, they’ll be available from your channel, indefinitely. In that way, they have a similar shelf life to evergreen content—so long as you’re choosing topics with an intent to last.’

  New submission process is coming to Spreaker CMS over the next few weeks
