Jimmy Szabo sits down with special sporting stars each week, discussing their story, interests, on-field feats, and everything you, the fans, want to know!
Today’s guest is one of the most brilliant leaders the great game of Australian rules football has ever seen.
This man played over 350 games for Fitzroy and Sydney, before ending a 72-year premiership drought for the Swans as coach, and almost single-handedly helping the Demons rise up from years of hell.
He went on to become one of the most insightful and professional media presenters in the AFL world … and currently inspires and motivates groups of people through his educational talks around leadership, culture, and mental well-being.
His list of achievements is longer than the mullet he sported in his playing days - with seven all Australians, inductions into the Lions, Swans and Australian Football Hall of Fame, Fitzroy’s Centre half back in the team of the century, five best and fairests and goal kicking awards - to name just some of his achievements - along with that all-important 2005 premiership cup.
For the people who have waited (probably less than 72 years) for us to interview Paul Roos … HERE IT IS!
It was a great pleasure to welcome Paul Roos to the GOOD CHAT podcast;
