In Today's session we will be speaking to our guest Michelle Rivet who is a licensed and practicing mental health counselor in NY state. She has a history of working with a range of client’s from young children to older adults. She mainly works in a person centered approach with experience integrating a range of theoretical approaches such as DBT ,mindfulness and more. We start the interview with a brief update on what we have been up to and discuss a range of topics on our mind. We then transition to questions I have for Michelle about her practice with clients and any specific examples that could help you learn a bit more about her and some mental health tools. After, we get into answering questions some of you sent me through my Instagram story I posted last week. She answers 6 of those.
