055 - Let's get uncomfortable!  In order to grow, we have to step out of our comfort zone.  You've heard the saying, "The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect different results."  If we want to get better, we need to try something different.

What's the worst that can happen?

This is a question that I have been asking myself a lot in the last year.  I asked myself this when I started my podcast.  That was definitely out of my comfort zone!  I wasn't sure if I could pull it off.  I asked myself, what's the worst that can happen?  I decided that the downside wasn't so bad - a little embarrassment and a little lost time and money - but the upside was a new, exciting venture with unknown benefits.  I decided to go forward with it - and I'm glad I did!
