Welcome to The Mom Sync! We are 4 women living in Silicon Valley. We moved here from different parts of the world with our husbands to take jobs in the tech industry. We found each other and quickly turned from friends into family. We are all raising daughters and are discovering motherhood at different points. It's been great to share our lives, tips, and daily challenges with each other and now we want to share them with you!

In this episode we discuss the importance of finding your tribe in a new city. Let's face it, being a new mom is already hard! But, it's even harder when you don't have a village of people close by to support you on your journey. Our group formed an organic bond built on authenticity, life experiences and now the beautiful life of motherhood. We know we aren't the only ones out there that may be living far away from family and in search of community.
