Coyle’s was founded in 1985 by Marty and Janice Coyle.

In 2017, John and Kathy took over ownership of the store. As it was then, it still is today. They maintained the same lovable 1950s theme when they renovated. The ice cream today is every bit as fresh and delicious as it was 36 years ago. John’s favorite flavor is “Holy Cannoli”.
