This week I’m chatting to Shannon Humphrey, from Pathways For Positivity, and we're discussing the importance of setting boundaries, and supporting your mental and physical well-being.

Shannon Humphrey is a First Aid for Mental Health instructor and Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner. She collaborates with organisations and individuals who care about cultivating long-term positive mental health and well-being.

Teaching tried and tested meditation, mindfulness, EFT and self-care methods for reducing anxiety, stress and worry she empowers the participants to become more resilient and confident to face the inevitable ups- and downs of life. We discuss Shannon’s expertise and passion for teaching mental health awareness coupled with practical, everyday, mindfulness and mediation based tools has reached organisations as far afield as South Africa, America and Asia.

Each workplace mental health and well-being session Shannon delivers is always more than just a box ticking exercise, it’s a sustained approach to openly discussing mental health and well-being that has the power to be a competitive advantage in business and life.
