I speak to my friend Lindsey about playing the trumpet for the Queen, meeting Prince Harry and receiving the diamond jubilee medal. She talks about how music and time in the military helped turn her life around.  I first met Lindsey in 2012 when I joined the Whitby Brass Band and we have kept in touch ever since.
