There is a skill in broadcasting, the ability to think on your feet, fast, ability with words, good vocabulary, also smooth mixing from talking to record playing, news and weather segments.

Roger Noble has 35years in the business and gave us a glimpse of his broadcasting history from young trainee to working as a presenter on all sorts of shift patterns. Even a 1 pm- daybreak, and people were awake and listening!! So, he knows his music and works with charities and businesses alike, so is a perfect fit as a new member of our team.
