There is a part of us that naturally lives in rebellion against God, and none of us are exempt. As we’ll hear today, if we’re left up to our own devices, we turn to works of flesh. But, as Pastor Daniel teaches, in Jesus we get the works of the Spirit instead. The battle isn’t over after you’ve made a decision to follow Him, though, as the flesh and the Spirit are always at odds. But, as Paul says, if you walk in the Spirit, you won’t fulfill those desires.
