This week’s episode we are joined by my dear friend, Kate Silverton, one of the BBC’s main national news presenters, mental health activist and author of ‘There’s No Such Thing As Naughty’ which will be published this April.

For the past decade, Kate has worked closely with leading children’s mental health charities such as the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, The Maudsley Foundation Trust and Place2Be. She is currently training to become a children’s counsellor and, in due course, will go on to qualify as a full child and adult psychotherapist.

In this episode we discuss Kate’s mission to expose injustices around the world. Whether it’s reporting on the dire conditions in war-torn countries, wildlife trafficking, or or most recently, in the area of mental health.

Ask: Have faith in yourself, do not let fear override what your heart is telling you, dream big and remember hard work works.
