After spending a day yesterday discussing a potential partnership, I started to think about outsourcing. Outsourcing work has been on my mind from the start, but I was originally intent on learning most of the skills involved with my work myself to some extent first before considering outsourcing as it would allow me to more properly place a value on the activity and evaluate someone else's capabilities. Given the magnitude of the vision I want to realize, I am considering increasing the expenses by outsourcing activities so I can scale my business faster. As the revenue growth will obviously fall behind the increase in expenses at this early stage I'm not sure yet to what extent I want to increase the cash burn.
