Walking meditation can be an alternative for those who don't like to meditate while sitting still. During walking meditation, you'll focus on the sensations in your feet, as opposed to focusing on your breathing during many other types of meditation. The benefits of walking meditation include better balance, improved mental health, and a lower risk of chronic illness.

Please look at your imaginary line for 5 second

Three deep breathing

Relax, focus be happy you can do this walking meditation.

Start walking, look forward, head up bring your attention to the present time.

Feel the ground with the sole of your foot

Look carefully if you are inside or outside

Pay attention to your surrounding

Try to see new things, perhaps wildflowers, if you are outside

Feel the beauty of the flower

Every step, when you touch the ground

Your concentration increases

Fell the energy of bath beneath your foot

Be aware of the gravity

Feel you are part of this nature as the wildflower

Feel the wind on your skin

The same way the wildflower feel it

Each U-turn is an opportunity

To be more focused and more attentive to the present time.

Continue same way......................................

Remember, Be a receiver and do not judge, do not change anything

You are an observer, feel, look and understand things in front of you
