The new mental health series called Method to the Madness where we discuss issues that impact our mental health as they relate to our very unique and different backgrounds, perspectives, and ideologies. We hope to create a space where we can engage in critical dialogue, listen to, challenge, and learn from each other. We hope to model how different people can come together and find our comment interest. We might get a little mad at each other, but at the end of the day we are mad at how mental health is dealt with and talked about. Together, we will end the stigma!
