There comes a time in which it is hard to promote all their biggest new talents or up-and-coming seiyuu and talent agencies have to come up with a good way to put them on the radar of seiyuu fans. 

Time to talk about the extremely rare cases of seiyuu units launched by talent agencies (or comprised of only seiyuu from the same talent agency).
