We continue our journey through Psalm 62 here in this episode. The theme that God is our salvation is repeated, making us realize it is important and not something we should forget. Because our Father is our refuge, salvation, strength, and defense, we can come before Him and pour out our hearts. Letting Him know what is weighing on us and going on in life. We do not have to carry life's burdens by ourselves.
