We start Psalm 41 in this episode. Here the Psalmist tells us that when we consider and look after the poor, we are blessed. It is so easy to get caught up in our own worlds and needs and forget about other's very real needs. Can we work to improve looking out for those in need? We are also told that if we are in need, God delivers us, preserving and keeping us alive. What a promise to hold when it might feel like all we face is trouble.
