As two cisgender women we felt this was an important topic to discuss to help normalize these conversations amongst people who identify within in the gender binary.

In this episode we discuss:

• The history of the gender binary and gender roles in the Black American, Caribbean, and South Asian community

• How certain "fluid" aesthetics are only praised if they aren't seen on an lgbtq+ person of color

• Our personal experience with the gender binary and exploring our sexuality as two women of color
