Hanah Chang is an actor, storyteller and karaoke enthusiast who recently guest starred on Sing On! on Netflix. We are both recovering people-pleasers and perfectionist so this was a really fun conversation for me. Together we dive into the difference between quitting and letting go, navigating college to adulthood, prioritizing a never-ending to do list, and how to let go of our desire to control our circumstances. As a Korean-American, Hanah brings her story of what it was like navigating away from what she felt she "should" be doing to what really lit her up inside: acting.
