Never had a strong upline to lean on
- Not uncommon
- Search for someone in your upline doing it right
- Find mentors outside of your business
- Success leaves clues so I will follow big nwm’s i love and follow their people to see what they are training them to do
How do I best lead my downline
- Consistency
- Lead from the front (don’t push from the back)
- Build connection & friendship
