STOP DAY DREAMING ABOUT GETTING IN SHAPE…
Another day at the office
You’re sitting at your desk at work
You’re scrolling through the feed on Instagram
You see my post on there
You think about what it’s like to actually start taking action on your fitness
You start to visualize this possible reality
You picture yourself looking in the mirror a year from now
You got abs, you got pecs that you don’t wanna hide
Your at the beach and your friends are asking how you go in such amazing shape
Your friends wanna workout with you
Then this reality goes away after 30 seconds and you go back to work and forget about it
Ever had this happen?
Those 30 seconds of seeing your possible future and then you just get distracted from reality
I’m actually here to tell you that…this reality your picturing in your head is POSSIBLE
That higher version of you knows you can
So here’s 6 tips to actually get your dream physique
That 30 seconds of reality you pictured is possible but it’s going to take time. It’s important to keep that vision you have and zone in on it.
Train 3-5 days a week. If your new to the gym start with literally 2-3 days a week. You want that vision to come true, stay patient and don’t burn out
Recover!! You NEED rest, your body needs to be able to recuperate in order to function properly week to week. 2-3 rest days a week is what I would recommend.
Eat flexibly. Your diet should be 80% Whole Foods and 20% foods you ENJOY! If you don’t allow room for flexibility , it won’t be sustainable for the REST of your life!
Keep stress levels LOW. The less stress the easier and smoother the progress will come, if your stressed constantly, it’s going to be difficult to consistently see progress.
Get some accountability partners, get a coach, get SUPPORT. We all think we can do this on our own. Especially all my dudes out there, I get it it’s tough to admit when we might need that help or support. I’m right there with you guys! But you are actually STRONGER and will become better by getting support and guidance , by making this process more efficient
