Chase Ingraham is back around the Plate Stack once more. This time we're chatting about the growth of the sport outside of the formal CrossFit Games season. Whilst we give some focus to the exciting "off-season" that is forming around the events such as the Dubai CrossFit Championships, Wodapalooza & the Rogue Invitational, we also talk about the importance of domestics events in increase awareness and excitement for the sport of fitness at all levels.
