It's Saturday. You're not alone. You're part of a body of believers called the church. And Jesus is the Senior Pastor.  Follow this pattern for Saturday: Matthew 4:18-19.

While walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon (who is called Peter) and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

Our confidence is not in our response but in the one who calls us.  He speaks first; we are second.  He invites; we respond.  He is gracious; we receive.  So no excuses.  How will I follow Jesus?  Where must I go?  What must I do?  Now is the time to be salt and light.  Lord, give me the first and the bite.
