Welcome to Part V of the third sector of our mega-series: Am I Always Going to Be Alone? Finding Your Fairytale from our ME³! podcast.

Here we conclude the story of how we came back together after Brandi broke away from her captor. We talk about the importance of how our relationship was built on reinforcing each other in our identity and helping each other by challenging each other in a positive way to overcome insecurity and self-doubt. Brandi points out the importance of cutting ties completely with people who do the opposite, attacking us with their toxicity in their attempts to overturn our confidence and sense of self. Those who try to tear you down are trying to get control of your mind. She shares how it is very important that we hold off from getting involved with someone romantically when we aren't stable in ourselves and still are under the ill effects of having our confidence and self-image beaten down. Finally, we share on the importance of hope: you can come our of your insecurities and you don't have to stay forever in self-doubt! Someone is out there for you who will affirm you if you will open your heart to the good and say no to the toxic and evil.
