Welcome to episode 19 of Living Well While Living Online. Today, host Tami Reilly is joined by Nestor Salines. Nestor has been coaching elite and recreational athletes over the past decade. He has presented at various Spinning events, conferences, certifications and workshops, sharing his knowledge and breathtaking Spinning rides around the world. Outside his work, Nester races actively as a federal elite road cyclist in Chile. It is with this lens as an athlete that we get a glimpse of the necessity to adapt and change to what is happening around us. Nestor is genuine in his conversation around the ups and downs of this time and how he sees his emotions as an alarm in our body to pay attention to. He is naturally happy, and even still, there have been moments during this past year where he has been put himself on pause. Nester will give you a glimpse of his strategies and practices for staying grounded and going with the flow. If you want to ride with Nester from your home, please follow him on Instagram and message him about his rides: @nestorsalinas_coach.
