You can't really fix a problem if you don't know what the problem is. But, when it comes to fighting with our family, we're often afraid to address a problem head-on. Instead, we behave in passive-aggressive ways hoping that the people we love the most will just magically know what's going on in our heads. 

But that's never going to happen. So, if we want to fight fair, we have to be willing to be direct and face our problems head-on.
