1.5oz tequila
3.5oz apple cider
2-4oz spiced honey*

Spiced Honey:
Combine 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in a sauce pan until dissolved. Add in 1 1/2 Tbsp of the follow spice mix: 2 Tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp clove, 1 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg. Allow to cool
In a shaker put ice and all ingredients except for the Ginger Ale. Shake, pour over ice. Top with Ginger Ale and let the cauldron bubble!

Thanksgiving Margarita:
Vanilla Bourbon Cranberry Sauce -
1 Bag Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
2 Tbps bourbon
1 tbps vanilla
orange zest
sprig of rosemary
Combine cranberries, sugar, water, zest, and rosemary in a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add in vanilla and bourbon. Simmer for 20 mins, or until you get the consistency you want. Let cool.
Margarita:
1oz tequila
cranberry sauce
brut champagne
apple cider
Put a spoonful of the cranberry sauce in the bottom of the glass. Add in tequila and champagne. Top with apple cider and let the cauldron bubble!

**Spiced honey syrup recipe:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup hot water
Mix until dissolved, add 1.5 Tbsp spice mixture:
2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp clove, 1 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Funeral Cake - Celtic Folklore Cooking by Joanne Asala
1 cup + 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
butter
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup ground almonds
3 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup golden raisans
1 cup currants
1/2 cup candied fruit peel
nutmeg
allspice
Put sugar, butter and water into a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in ground almonds, eggs, flour, raisins, currants, fruit peel and a pinch of nutmeg and allspice. Pour into greased 10in pan and bake at 375 for 1.5 hours. Reduce oven temp to 350 and bake for an additional 30 mins. Remove cake from oven and turn it onto a cooling rack. Allow to cool.
In many cases we underestimate the magic that books bring us. They can ship us off into a whole new world, or change our perspective on something to give us hope. We can learn so many different things and they can quite literally change our lives.

6 tea bags of your choice (spiced preferred)
1 can frozen orange juice
1 can frozen lemonade
3 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon of cloves
Boil 4 quarts of water and add the tea bags. Let the cauldron bubble for 7 minutes and then remove the tea bags. Add in the remaining ingredients. Let bubble on a simmer for 30 minutes. Strain out spices and ladle into a teacup. "Splash in a healthy dose of whiskey (or tequila) to make it interesting."

What You'll Need:

Lovely Lavender Margarita
1oz Tequila
1/2 juice of lime
Sparkling wine or water
1 cup of water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp lavender
Add water, sugar, and lavender to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for about a minute and remove from heat. Set aside and allow mixture to cool. Strain out the herbs.
Add tequila, lime and 3 tbsp of lavender syrup over ice. Shake and pour over ice, and top with sparkling wine or water, and watch the cauldron bubble.
Natural Bug Repellent
Lemongrass EO
Lavender EO

Vodka (preferably grain alcohol)
Distilled Water
Combine one part almond oil and one part vodka to an amber spray bottle. Add it 10-12 drops of your preferred oils. Top with distilled water.

What you'll need:
2oz fresh lemon juice
4oz tequila
4oz water
1 cup sugar
Additional 1 cup water
A handful of Rosemary sprigs
What you'll do:
Over medium heat, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water until sugar is dissolved. Add it Rosemary and simmer for 35 minutes. Let cool.
Next, combine lemon juice, tequila, 4oz water, and 1oz of the Rosemary syrup over ice. Shake it, pour into a glass, and let the cauldron bubble!

*Make the ginger simple syrup by dissolving 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add fresh ginger and simmer covered 1hr. Let cool before using in margarita.
For the margarita, combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake that bitch. Pour into your favorite marg glass, and let the cauldron bubble.
