If we really take a look at how things were going before the shutdown, we have to be honest and admit much of what we were doing wasn’t working. 
We've had a moment to rest and catch our breath, now we must determine what will we do next. We have two options...we go back in the game with the same strategy we used during the first half, or we try The Lords plan.
