There’s a new entrant into the park-owned business: GoFresh Homes. Their model is a little different than some of the others in that they will buy your existing park-owned homes in as-is condition and then remodel them and rent them out. It’s a variation on the 21st Mortgage theme on existing park-owned used homes, only one in which you have no further responsibilities after the sale other than to charge lot rent. While we have never done a deal with GoFresh, we thought it was important to keep you abreast of all new industry offerings, and getting rid of homes is always a high priority for park owners.
