With the aftermath of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, it’s hard not to be concerned about mobile home parks and flooding. In this week’s MHU Investor’s Club Special Report, we’re going to talk with Kurt Kelley of Mobile Insurance (who insures several thousand park owners) and get the facts regarding what the issues are concerning mobile home parks and water risks, as well as what you can do to mitigate them. You can’t feel good about owning a mobile home park if you worry constantly about flooding, so we’re going to try to bracket those risks, and see what’s out there to protect against water catastrophes.
