The neckpiece and bracelet are two of four pieces of Lenka Suchanek's "Raindrops Collection" which was selected for the exhibition of finalists in the Powerhouse Museum's second International Lace for Fashion Award, July 6 to October 14, 2001. Suchanek works only in metal thread, making large, two-dimensional pictorial installation pieces as well as delicate wearable works.
