"I was sitting on the couch with Charlie watching the World Games ... and I knew I wanted him to compete in sports even if it looked different."

Keith Faust is the principal at Woodfill Elementary School in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky.  His young son, Charlie, inspired him to launch unified sports at his school. In a very short time period, it has become something much bigger than he ever thought possible.  Through involvement from many stakeholders, (the superintendent, the school board, special education teachers, general education teachers, students' families, and even a local landscaping company), they have become a Unified Champion School--a model of inclusion.
