It’s clear that grief is one of the greater challenges for so many of us, during the pandemic.
There have been many losses. From the everyday losses in our lives and livelihood, to the shocking loss and often horrific death of loved ones, related or unrelated to the pandemic.
The difficult thing about grief is thatIn our stiff upper lip patriarchal society culture (at least in the UK), we don’t talk about grief. We don’t know how to. But loss is a part of each of our lives. So, here I talk you through some ways to cope and to understand grief and loss.
