There are so many reasons not to do business with the government!  The red tape, rules, and regulations. They probably don't buy what I sell?  It's too hard?  There are always plenty of excuses to go around - but the bottom line is this - research proves that the Government market is the number one growth opportunity for small businesses!  Everything else is a distant second.
