Join Pastor Travis Hall as he talks about the con of comparison, as it is the quickest way to lose yourself. Our world is influenced by social media, which portrays the ideal of the perfect life. Without realizing it, we fall into the quicksand comparison. We compare our actual life, real ministry, and genuine connections to someone else's real life, real ministry, and authentic relationships on social media. Instead of attempting to be someone you're not to get something you already have in Christ, you may recover your original identity in Christ and be who God made you to be once you realize the truth for yourself and your feeling of value. And this reality is the only thing that liberates you to live or lead.
Tune in as he put the spot-on Transformational Truth #78: The quickest way to lose yourself is to compare yourself. So listen with your pen and paper ready because there will be much to take away from this episode.

• Put an end to comparing your development to that of others.
• What is the task for which God has created or called you?
• How can I tell if I've chosen the wrong goal?
• Your value is demonstrated by the cross of Christ, not by man's words.
• And so much more!

About Natalie Runion:
Natalie Runion has been in ministry her entire life. Her parents were full-time pastors, so she was raised in the Church and has spent the past 20 years in full-time ministry as a worship pastor and women's pastor. Her passion is to see every generation who has been raised in the house of God want to stay firmly rooted not only in the local Church but in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
She and her husband moved their small family from Cincinnati, OH, to Colorado Springs in Spring of 2017, where she joined the staff as Worship Pastor at New Life Church. In the Fall of 2018, she had Associate Pastor of Women added to her role. So she has one of the greatest opportunities of her lifetime—to sing over, love, and encourage other women through God's Word and worship.
As she enters into a new 20 years of ministry, the Lord has entrusted her with another unique ministry area with those raised in the Church. This ministry, Raised To Stay, is for those who have been both called and crushed, loved, and sometimes left, welcomed and wounded by the Church, yet our anointing keeps us holding on, pressing in, staying.
Raised to Stay is for those who have stayed. Those who have wandered. It's called home. Not just a physical church building but a call back to our first love, Jesus. Back to our original YES!

Join Pastor Travis Hall, and guest Frank Murphy as they talk about why a real leader’s mindset focuses on the lessons and not on the losses. In this episode, Frank explains the danger that comes with adapting the wrong mindset. He believes a winner’s mindset needs to take hold of his emotional state and have a proactive conception of failure. When failure is taught to knock you out, a leader must see it as a one-time punch. Because of that, they learn what moves to make and how to make them succeed.

Join Pastor Travis Hall and guest Jason Daughdrill as they speak about redefining the look of success, the power and blessing that comes with vulnerability, what borns jealousy, and what kills it. Join Pastor Travis Hall and guest Karan Rhodes as they talk about the many banes of being a leader. For Karan, the reasons why most leaders fear failure lies on issues with self-validity and the sense of belongingness. Ever since ancient times, the concept of success is brought by survival and being adept at the many things that compose daily life. Not delivering in any of these is seen as a failure –a concept that most leaders need to settle with. To beat this limiting belief, leaders must learn how to present themselves with disclaimers and be OK with the fact that they are bound to fail, have a mistake, and require their people's help.

About Tullian Tchividjian:

He eventually graduated from Columbia International University, where he earned a degree in philosophy, and Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, where he earned his Master of Divinity degree.
A grandson of the late evangelist Billy Graham, Tullian was the founding pastor of New City Church in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which later merged with the historic Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in 2009, where he served as Senior Pastor until June 2015.
He wrote a number of best-selling books, traveled extensively around the country speaking, founded a ministry called LIBERATE—a ministry that sought to “connect God’s inexhaustible grace to an exhausted world” through conferences, books, a website, a daily radio program, and a weekly TV broadcast—and then it all came crashing down in late spring of 2015.
As a result of infidelity, his first marriage ended in divorce, and life as he knew it came to an end.
In the aftermath of his season of self-destruction, Tullian met his current wife, Stacie—a native Texan. They have been married since August 2016, and together they have five children and two grandchildren.
As partners in life and ministry, Tullian and Stacie are wholeheartedly committed to declaring and delivering God’s boundless love to broken people.
