Psalm 4:8 — Freedom from Night Anxiety, Panic and Sleeplessness. Prayer Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for every listener who has battled night fear, sudden panic, racing thoughts or restless sleep. Calm the heart that wakes too quickly. Quiet the mind that will not settle. Bring peace to those who dread the night or fear the morning ahead. Lord, break the cycle of anxious spiralling. Let Your presence fill bedrooms, hospital wards, night-shift breaks and lonely spaces. Replace tension with rest, fear with assurance and uncertainty with divine peace.
