Dr. Mishur is a Chicago native who received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Northern Illinois University. His research experience ranges from synthesizing cisplatin derivatives commonly used in testicular cancer treatment to studying mechanisms of aging C. elegans (mini worms!). On today's episode, we discuss his research as well as Chicago hotspots and the New Orleans Mardi Gras experience!
