Dr. Krishna Bhat received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is an associate professor of organic chemistry at Widener University as well as a two-time recipient of the Clarence R. Moll Professor of the Year award (voted by students at Widener). His research interests lie in the green synthesis of pharmaceutically relevant molecules such as resveratrol and boronic acid derivatives. Along with his research, we also talk about his journey to becoming a chemistry professor and advice for current students.
