A.J. Finkelstein MSPT, CSTS
AJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utica College of Syracuse University where he obtained his masters degree in Physical Therapy. His work experience has allowed him to expand traditional orthopedic physical therapy and integrate patients into sport-specific exercises, functional training, and supervised fitness programs.  AJ is also an endurance mountain athlete.  He has competed as an elite level Mountain Bike, Cyclocross, and road racer.  AJ is also an avid ice climber since 1995, and has been instructing beginner ice climbing since 2008 at Adirondack Mountainfest.  AJ also is an avid Backpacker, Hiker, and Trail Runner.
