Onboarding is the time to address questions and concerns and ensure the client understands the services available.
It can also be the most time-consuming part of the relationship because youโre just getting to know your new client.
Youโre learning about their products or services, goals, brand, and brand voice, not to mention requesting access to all of their social media accounts, logins, and tools they might already be using.
If your client onboarding process isnโt ironed out, there might be a lot of kinks in the process that can irritate your new client (and you) before you even start.
