Boss VS Leader
The words leader and boss may have pretty similar dictionary definitions—but are they synonyms?

Consider the following:

💁‍♂️ Leaders Listen.

A boss is not known for his acceptance of feedback. By contrast, a leader wants to hear what their team members have to say and to engage them in the decision-making process.

💪 Leaders Empower

A great leader does everything to prepare their team members to a project, and instills them with confidence in their own abilities.

 🤼‍♂️ Leaders Collaborate

Bosses think of themselves as above the other employees. A leader, meanwhile, knows that there is always more they can learn—even from lower-ranking employees!
