In this episode, I chat with Emily R. Williams, who advises women of color who are leaders in corporate to set boundaries in the workplace.  This skill set is something that I have also used in my life. I know for a fact that I wouldn't be where I am today if I had not started to set boundaries with friends, family, clients, etc. It's not easy but it's absolutely necessary.
