Crisis, conflict, chaos, challenging, and difficult times, we all experience them. There is power in these painful times.  Adversity is not foreign to me and each time I felt knocked down there was a blessing in the lesson.  If you are facing a challenge, a health problem, a divorce, disease, etc... there are messages in the pain.
