In this episode Ammar Akhtar the Founder and CEO of Finalrentals chats with Pawel Urbanski (two times TedX Speaker) about Startups and Innovation.

Yes we also talked about Unicorns with no cash and Cashcows with loads of it.

Take a listen :)

Pawel Urbanski works as a coach, mentor or advisor on the team or individual side, and as process improvement or innovation consultant on technical and business model side.

He stopped using paper in August 1999 what makes him qualified to be called digital. He used to climb the Seven Summits, what is a great lesson of reducing risk to zero, and managing very ambitious team of individuals.

He is a professional speaker, and spoke at TEDx twice besides speaking for companies or associations.

He think that every project or venture needs both: stability and appreciation for even not so popular ways of doing things, and a factor of not negotiable change clearly coming on the horizon. Examples of which can be 10 000 people turning 60 years old in the USA every day, farmers needing more water than energy storage, or dealing with employee retension before obsessing about difficult to measure talent.
