In this episode, the JSGC podcast team speaks with project manager Yvonne Hursh about common interest ownership communities (CIOCs).  While this type of community is widespread throughout Pennsylvania encompassing homeowner associations, condominiums, and cooperatives,  data on where CIOCs are located and their numbers are sparse. JSGC previously published a report on this subject in 2011, and this year's report functions as a decennial update. Topics include identifying a CIOC, the benefits and potential pitfalls of these entities, methods used to establish our count of the CIOCs, and recommendations from the report.
