Utility shut-offs were permitted to begin on April 1, 2021. This program provided information about new and existing utility assistance programs for Pennsylvania consumers struggling to maintain utility service and afford their bills. This session also reviewed key strategies to prevent utility termination and help consumers to better afford their monthly utility bills.
