2020 PLAN Virtual Statewide Conference

This sixty-minute panel presentation introduced participants to the key difference between actions in ejectment and to quiet title, with emphasis on how both may offer older clients protection from abuse and financial exploitation.

The presentation also provided a brief overview of the necessary steps to prepare for litigate, and or resolve quiet title cases. Finally, a portion of the program highlighted ways to help older clients avoid the need for these actions, namely by educating and advising them of the critical importance of basic estate planning.
