How do you use Facebook live to reach clients? How do you avoid getting "Zoom bombed" during a presentation? How do you effectively use social media to reach your clients?

The presenters discussed ways to conduct community education and provide clients with know-your-rights information during the pandemic. They also offered tips and best practices for zoom webinars and Facebook lives, telephone town halls with elected officials, virtual legal clinics, creating animated explainer videos, designing flyers and graphics, and finding other creative ways to reach people while they cannot come to our offices for intake. The best practices for setting up live community education sessions included which security measures to take. Tips were also offered for content creation and how to share materials.
