Affordable homeownership is one benefit offered to residents of mobile homes, but owning a mobile home comes with many issues of its own.This session will discuss titling issues, problems with financing, purchase agreements or "rent-to-own" scheme, paying property taxes and dealing with tax sales, and the loss of the home through repossession or abandonment proceedings.
